Fill out this form to request a yard greeting rental display for a birthday, anniversary or other special event and we will get back to you ASAP to confirm your reservation.
Please note by filling out this form you are not guaranteed a Calgary Event Card; all orders are subject to availability and we do require payment before set up.

Booking Policy
Payment is required at booking in order to confirm your reservation.
Please cancel lawn services and any automatic sprinklers while the yard greeting is set up!
By booking you agree to have a photo of your lawn greeting shared on our social media accounts, if you do not want this please let us know ahead of time.
If intentional damage occurs to any signs you may be invoiced for replacements.
Calgary Event Cards and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any personal injury or property damage that may occur by the placement of our signs.
We do use drills & other tools in the winter to be able to insert the signs. Please inform us if you have underground sprinklers.
Refund Policy
We get it, things change! Refunds will be given if you must cancel your lawn greeting, but no refund will be given if you cancel after 12pm on the day of the set up.
No refund will be given to the requester if the receiver of the event card refuses set up of the event card or wants it taken down immediately.
A re-set up fee will be issued to the requester if we are given the wrong address for set up.
If hazardous conditions prevent us from being able to set up the greeting you will receive a full refund.
